When something's not right at work, know who to call.

Mental health and wellbeing support for small and regional businesses.

Supporting an employee through a difficult time isn't always straightforward.

What do you say? How involved should you be? And where do you refer someone when they need more support?

For $250 per month, BLMC gives your business an established point of contact for practical manager guidance, confidential counselling and coaching, and ongoing workplace mental health support.

No Lock-in Contract • Qualified and Accredited Support • Albury-Wodonga and Regional businesses

You don't have to wait for a crisis

  • An employee is struggling: They're withdrawn, distressed or not coping, and you're unsure how to approach them.

  • A manager doesn't know what to say: They want to support someone but are worried about saying or doing the wrong thing.

  • Conflict is affecting the team: Something needs to be addressed before relationships deteriorate further.

  • Something difficult has happened: An incident, illness, loss, workplace change or personal situation is affecting your people.

  • Someone needs confidential support: An employee, manager or business owner needs a safe conversation with a qualified professional.

  • You want to prevent problems, not just react to them: Build your managers' confidence before difficult situations occur.

MORE THAN COUNSELLING. WORKPLACE SUPPORT.

Mental health concerns at work rarely sit neatly in one box or are easy to approach or manage.

Bjelkie has more than 30 years of experience working with businesses, leaders and employees across workplace health and safety, mental health, workers compensation and workplace culture.

That means she understands both sides of the conversation: the person who may need support, and the manager or business owner trying to do the right thing.

NOT EVERY BUSINESS NEEDS A TRADITIONAL EAP

Many small and medium businesses want to support their employees health and wellbeing but do not need, or want, a large corporate EAP arrangement.

If you are looking for an alternative to a traditional Employee Assistance Program, the BLMC Mental Health & Wellbeing Membership offers a simpler, more personal option for small and medium businesses. Instead of navigating a large corporate service, you and your team have direct access to a known, qualified professional who understands both workplace mental health and the realities of managing people.

This support package provides your business practical support, counselling, coaching and guidance.

Testimonials

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

The coaching program helped a member of my team work through personal and work challenges, and the change was clear: he became calmer, more balanced, and far easier to work with. The PR6 & JSECC and PR6 & Big 5 assessment reports also gave us a practical way to understand how our people were really feeling and where the organisation needed to improve.

We’ve had the privilege of working with Bjelkie for over 15 years, completing around 10 different courses with her—and every single one has been outstanding! Her ability to speak from genuine lived experience deeply resonates with our team, far more than any other consultant we've worked with. Her teaching methods are incredibly diverse and tailored to suit the unique personalities of her clients, keeping sessions engaging and impactful. The mindset shift she’s inspired around mental health and resilience has been nothing short of transformative. The new Jinder Co-Working Space adds even more value—such a fantastic environment to learn in! And let’s not forget the amazing sausage rolls from the café next door that make morning tea a real treat. Spending time with her feels more like connecting with a trusted friend than attending a training session. Highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for impactful, meaningful development.
